      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide service via inbound contact center/telephones, addressing complex customer inquiries and escalating as necessary
      - Conduct research on customer inquiries and respond to relevant parties in a timely manner
      - Perform account updates and maintenance, ensuring accurate documentation of inquiries and requests
      - Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail for multiple clients per established service level agreements
      - Assist in day-to-day operations of the customer service area, including training and mentoring less experienced staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or G.E.D.
      - Minimum of two years of customer service or telephone experience, including financial/investment/insurance or banking requiring FINRA certification
      - Experience working with various organizational functions and personnel
      - Proficient in the use of help desk software and familiar with fax machines and telephone technology
      - FINRA 6 or 7 minimum Certification required at hire (currently registered or U5 within 2-year FINRA window and in good standing)

      - Lean/Six Sigma certification or experience
      - Ability to work independently while following oral and written directions
      - Exceptional communication skills
