What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prioritize tasks and work independently without supervision
- Analyze inventory and data to maximize collection potentials
- Train and educate staff on new processes and procedures
- Develop specific, measurable goals and objectives for the team
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and client procedures and laws
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates degree and 6+ years of experience OR equivalent combination of education and leadership experience
- 3 to 5 years of Healthcare revenue cycle/insurance billing experience
- Experience managing multiple teams (30+ employees)
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, PPO, Commercial Insurance
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of applicable industry regulations
- Advanced computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with client interfacing and relationship building
- Strong interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills
