- Research and support development of new insurance policies
- Collaborate with partners to implement solutions for project eligibility
- Stay updated on hazard and flood insurance changes and risks
- Perform risk assessment of individual projects to ensure compliance with insurance policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in insurance underwriting and risk management
- 1+ year experience with commercial condominium and cooperative projects
- Familiarity with Government Sponsored Enterprises (GSE) project requirements
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Freddie Mac insurance policies and requirements
