      Job Description:

      The Inside Insurance Wholesaler role:

      - Resource and partner with top wholesaling minds in the industry.
      - Collaborate with financial advisors across the country to offer innovative insurance solutions.
      - Promote client-centric solutions that increase individual life and living benefit insurance sales.
      - Proactively interact with advisors daily to support and uncover sales opportunities.
      - Handle daily tasks effectively to achieve efficiency metrics and support advisors and the region.

      Responsibilities:

      - Use outstanding communication skills to interact with advisors and support key relationships.
      - Handle incoming advisor inquiries and provide support and training.
      - Investigate proactive sales opportunities using peers, external wholesalers, tools, and resources.
      - Utilize Salesforce.com to maintain advisor profiles and track activity data.
      - Collaborate with peers from other teams, departments, and territories to share leads and ideas.

      Requirements:

      - Minimum of 2 years of insurance/sales experience.
      - Preferred LLQP designation (or in process).
      - College or University degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including intermediate-level Excel skills.
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
      - Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
      - Well-organized, self-starter with high energy and creativity.
      - Innovative marketing and problem-solving skills.
      - Thrives in a collaborative and ambitious environment.
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills.
