      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and coordinate the production of communications for over 14,000 student health plan members
      - Manage workflow for communications, enhancing health insurance literacy among students
      - Document communication requirements and create project plans and timelines
      - Monitor compliance with regulatory and university policies regarding communication
      - Support internal and external audits, ensuring accurate communication of insurance rules

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in health administration, insurance, or communications
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
      - Proficiency in O365 products and editing web content via content management systems
      - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on confidentiality
      - Ability to adapt to changing processes and cultivate inclusive relationships

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in health administration, insurance, communications, or related field
      - Formal training in communications, audit, or project management
      - Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry
      - Familiarity with digital marketing solutions like Lyris or Marketing Cloud
      - Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
