What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act in a timely and efficient manner to protect investor interests regarding serviced mortgages
- Handle all insurance matters in compliance with investor guides and applicable laws
- Monitor compliance of insurance for commercial properties held as collateral
- Conduct insurance analysis, premium disbursements from escrow, and risk assessments
- Communicate with various stakeholders including servicers, investors, borrowers, and insurance agents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and articulate complex risks
- Self-management skills to handle a wide variety of tasks
- Experience in Loan Servicing, Commercial Insurance, or Real Estate
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a similar insurance or loan servicing role
- Familiarity with Pooling and Servicing Agreements
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms
