What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct insurance analysis and monitor compliance for commercial properties held as collateral
- Manage premium disbursements from escrow and assess associated risks
- Review appraisals and correspond with servicers, investors, borrowers, and insurance agents
- Perform a wide range of tasks that may vary day-to-day in a self-managed capacity
- Act in a timely and efficient manner to protect investor interests according to mortgage servicing agreements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in loan servicing, commercial insurance, or real estate
- Strong analytical skills and ability to assess complex risks
- Excellent character as demonstrated through tenure, community involvement, and a positive attitude
- Ability to receive constructive feedback and maintain humility
- Proven capability to self-manage diverse tasks effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated history of community involvement or volunteer work
- Experience with insurance compliance and risk assessment in a financial context
- Strong communication skills for effective correspondence with various stakeholders
