      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide ridiculously nice service via all available omni channels as a liaison between the employer, clients, patients, and insurance companies
      - Educate on the healthcare revenue cycle and troubleshoot accounts through resolution
      - Engage in active listening with callers, confirming information and diffusing conflict
      - Make changes and documentation in client healthcare systems and internal technology platforms
      - Submit claims to insurance providers on behalf of clients and follow through to resolution
      - Contribute to the development of workflows and procedures for incoming clients
      - Share information about the company's healthcare revenue cycle services to support business growth
      - Follow department processes and procedures in compliance with industry laws and regulations
      - Manage inventory to ensure resolution of patient accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma / GED Required
      - 1+ year(s) of experience in a customer service capacity, preferably in a contact center environment
      - 1+ year(s) of experience multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
      - 1+ year(s) of experience with medical insurance, coding, or billing in a professional environment
      - Knowledge of collections industry, healthcare revenue cycle, and medical insurance and billing processes and terminology, and healthcare administration
      - Achievement of the Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist designation preferred or within 18 months of entering the position
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Proficient in typing 45 words per minute
      - Proficient in leveraging client healthcare systems and internal technology platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 Years of College or Associate's Degree Preferred
      - Experience with medical insurance, coding, or billing in a professional environment
      - Knowledge of the industry’s federal, state, and local laws and regulations
