      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage daily functions of the Insurance Verification area, including verification of insurance coverage and updating patient demographics
      - Verify insurance coverage, calculate costs, and document details in patient profiles
      - Generate financial responsibility letters and review benefits with patients via phone
      - Track, monitor, and secure necessary insurance documents, including obtaining prior authorizations
      - Assist with training new employees and prioritize tasks effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of 2 years of insurance verification, prior authorization, or related experience in a healthcare setting
      - Knowledge of medical terminology and payer websites, eligibility, and coordination of benefits required
      - Familiarity with pharmacy versus medical payers and authorization processes
      - Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Products required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with financial assistance forms, payment agreements, and waivers
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Excellent math skills
