- Ensure quality and accuracy by double-checking details and following established SOPs

- Track and document work in internal systems for visibility and accountability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance operations, healthcare administration, revenue cycle management, or a related field
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to thorough and accurate work
- Organized and reliable, capable of managing a high volume of repetitive tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment
