      Description

      Full Time Status: Non-Exempt / Hourly Supervisor: E&T Manager or Regional Manager

      Between 30 to 32 hours per week : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Vacation, Paid Holidays

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

      • Review client applications for emergency services to determine eligibility.
      • Establish and maintain new client files.
      • Refer eligible clients to appropriate CC Idaho programs or departments.
      • Refer non-eligible clients to appropriate community agencies and perform follow-up inquiries on referrals.
      • Ability to input/process data and maintain records, files, reports, databases, and schedules.
      • Prepare, maintain, and update client ledger of expenses, including weekly report.
      • Process bills, payment requests, and related financial docs
      • Maintain expense ledger to ensure budget compliance.
      • Prepare, receive, and route incoming/outgoing correspondence, mail, and letters.
      • Provide receptionist support.
      • Order supplies and materials
      • Perform receptionist duties for other departments in the absence of the assigned receptionist.
      • Translate for non-English speaking clients.
      • Translate records, reports, letters, and related documents.
      • Knowledge of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and composition
      • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping practices and procedures
      • Manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and pay close attention to detail.
      • Maintain standards of confidentiality of CC Idaho clients and records
      • Perform all work duties and activities in accordance with CC Idaho policies, procedures, and safety practices.

      Qualifications

      Required

      • High School Diploma or GED
      • Ability to read, speak, and write in both English/Spanish in a business setting.
      • Ability to operate standard office equipment and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
      • Current driver's license and proof of auto insurance
      • Must pass a background check.

      Preferred

      • Three to six months clerical experience

      Required Physical Demands

      • Is frequently required to stand; walk; climb or balance, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; reach with hands and arms.
      • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

      Work Environment

      May be exposed to electrical shock and fumes or airborne particles; the work may be stressful; the noise level is usually moderate.
