What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, assisting clients with meal orders
- Input order information accurately into the client order system
- Document all client interactions in the information database
- Contact case managers regarding special situations and ensure all clients have an order on file
- Assist clients with reauthorization and explain nutritional counseling benefits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school degree or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Clear oral communication skills
- Must have a wired internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of previous call center experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
