- Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers.
- Clerical support staff for Care Integration Management team.
- Handles all types of incoming calls and outgoing calls.
- Assist with reassessment and monthly outreach to beneficiaries as needed.
- Assists with sending referrals, as needed, internally and externally from the department.
- Collaborates with team members and other departments as needed.
- High school diploma required
- 2-3 years work related experience
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Overview
Responsible for providing administrative support to the Care Integration Management department.
