What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Managing authorizations/notifications and service requests via phone, faxes, and portal submission
- Providing excellent customer service and handling escalated callers
- Determining authorization requirements and preparing cases for review
- Confirming member eligibility and maintaining knowledge of health plan partner benefits
- Resolving tasks and ensuring client satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare, call center, or customer service settings
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST
- Must be 18 years of age or older

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of healthcare call center experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Medical Terminology experience
- Knowledge of ICD-9/ICD-10 and CPT codes
