- Experience with hospice and/or healthcare - preferred
- Experience with the intake process and procedures - required
- Experience in verifying insurance, Medicaid and Medicare – required
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Microsoft Outlook – required
- EMR experience - preferred
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Clean background and drug screen
- Semi-monthly pay periods - Direct Deposit
- Holiday Pay
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a part time Intake Coordinator position in the Austin area.
Job Description:
Ensures the Referrals made by the providers are processed to ensure our patients receive timely follow-up on their diagnosis. Must have experience working with patient referrals, verifying insurance and coverage.
