What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the initial point of contact for client companies
- Accept and record new referrals within the client intake system
- Coordinate assessment times with network clinics
- Book appointments for clients and clinics using the internal booking system
- Maintain and update referral data and treatment plan statuses in the database
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of previous customer service/administrative experience
- Post-Secondary education is an asset
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills with strict attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain customer relationships
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and database software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare-related services
- Bilingual French proficiency
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
