      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, direct, and evaluate potential patients through an assigned referral system
      - Establish consistent communication with admitting hospitals to ensure a best-in-class admission process
      - Collaborate with Outreach Managers to assess patient needs according to the Pre-Screening Evaluation Form
      - Build positive relationships with physicians, physician office staff, and hospitals to market services
      - Educate discharge planners, physicians, and other referral sources about admissions into facilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, human services, nursing, or public health field required; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Current and active LPN or RN license in state of residence preferred; social work licensure also preferred
      - CPR and CPI certification required and obtained during orientation, if applicable
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an acute psychiatric admissions department preferred
      - Proven customer service and communication skills to handle questions and concerns professionally

      - Experience in marketing, community relations, or discharge planning
      - Familiarity with referral systems such as NaviHealth and Transferral
      - High aptitude for multi-tasking and using technology in a fast-paced environment
