- Responsible for intake support activities for customer inquiries that include being accountable for all tracking and reconciliation of business unit data that contributes to the efficiency of the segment/unit.
- Responsible for entering, categorizing and compiling information for assignment within business segment.
- Contributes to the efficiency of the business unit by expediting the flow of work.
- Accountable for the daily/monthly tracking and reconciliation of business unit data.
- Prepares required/requested reports by gathering and summarizing data based on information provided by the appropriate business segment.
- Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
- Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

This position can be performed remotely, located across the PNC footprint. If the successful candidate is located near the Tempus Technologies headquarters in Auburn, IN, that would be an added bonus.
*The successful candidate will have minimum 3 years experience in a customer service/call-center environment and can handle multiple priorities at a fast-moving pace. Additional background in IT and/or troubleshooting is beneficial.This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.
