What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage incoming calls from Care Managers and clients regarding account status inquiries
- Troubleshoot and de-escalate issues for account resolution
- Conduct follow-up calls or emails to secure necessary information for new or ongoing client accounts
- Utilize a portal system to create and update client information within the database
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Intake, Revenue Cycle, Logistics, and Customer Care
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to utilize various resources
- Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Must have a wired internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Some college experience
- Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures
- 1+ years of data entry experience
- 2+ years of Customer Service Call Center experience
