      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle 35-45 incoming calls to process leave or disability claims for employees
      - Accurately enter claim data into the appropriate systems to maintain records of customer interactions
      - Build high-quality customer relationships through effective communication and active listening
      - Multitask by gathering and inputting necessary information simultaneously during calls
      - Adhere to team metrics including quality monitoring, security verification, and attendance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
      - Minimum of 1 year of call center or customer-facing experience; knowledge of Workers’ Compensation or Disability Claims is a plus
      - Bilingual skills are a plus
      - Proficient in PC operations and Microsoft systems, with a technical aptitude for learning new applications
      - Strong critical thinking skills to provide unique solutions and identify areas for improvement

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in processing Family Medical Leave or Disability Claims
      - Familiarity with customer service best practices in a call center environment
      - Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both verbal and written formats
      - Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
      - Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in customer service techniques
