      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Gather and accurately enter complete patient information into the electronic medical record (EMR)
      - Verify insurance eligibility, benefits coverage, and patient financial responsibility
      - Manage patient documents promptly and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
      - Document patient-related activities and consult with personnel on unusual referrals
      - Comply with company policies regarding confidentiality and safety

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
      - Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Strong organizational, customer service, and time management skills
      - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
      - Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks
