What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls from clients and determine their needs for EAP services
- Input demographic information into the EAP Expert database system
- Transfer clients to on-staff counselors when emotional distress or clinical expertise is required
- Connect clients to affiliate providers or EAP clinical staff for services
- Provide general information and referrals to subject matter experts in various areas
What is Required (Qualifications):
- IT support application proficiency
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent common sense and judgment
- Flexibility with break and lunch times
- Comfortable working in a team environment
