What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer initial calls from clients seeking EAP services and assess their needs
- Input demographic information into the EAP Expert database system
- Screen for safety issues, domestic violence, and other high-risk considerations, connecting clients to on-call counselors as necessary
- Assign EAP staff or affiliates to client cases when appropriate
- Provide general information and referrals to experts in legal, financial, and work-life challenges

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent IT applications and database skills
- Strong customer service commitment and outstanding interpersonal skills
- Professional call center/scheduling experience is a plus
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50Mbps and 10Mbps upload speed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Familiarity with behavioral health services or EAP programs
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to manage high call volumes effectively
