What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the client liaison for all incoming intake calls, ensuring a welcoming and energetic response
- Conduct initial client Biopsychosocial Assessments utilizing motivational interviewing techniques
- Schedule initial intake appointments using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Coordinate client no-shows with clinic coordinators to facilitate seamless intake
- Provide a positive experience that reflects the organization’s unique culture and values
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in human services, healthcare, or a customer service role
- Strong telecommunications skills and comfort with multiple IT systems and applications
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
