Responsible for Integrated Communications for the HGP & Supply Chain function, developing and executing a strategy to:
- Communicate / cascade top company priorities into the function to equip employees with the right information to do their job well.
- Elevate key programs / messages from HGP internally to the rest of the company to build pride and increase awareness and understanding of the importance of HGP.
- Identify, create, develop key stories to position HEINEKEN through the work done in HGP externally in (social) media in close coordination with the Global Corporate Communications team to build the HEINEKEN reputation and support company growth.
- Support execution of executive communications platforms for the internal & external communication strategy for Global Supply Chain to ….
- Drive internal communication and employee engagement activities locally and globally to facilitate a networked and collaborative working environment across HGP and GSC for employees to successfully deliver the functional Procurement and SC strategies.
- Be a business partner to HGP Senior Management and provide strategic advice regarding key messages and clarity and purpose of the integrated communication (co-shape messages).
- Develop and managing the communication calendar and drive key communication moments for HGP&SC ensuring integration on a corporate level
- Support external and B2B communication activity to help HGP&SC leverage its position with suppliers through different industry sector & topic-based communications.
- Education: University level
- Work experience: 8-10 years leading and implementing communications strategies on a variety of complex business topics, projects and transformational activities on a functional / organizational level both internally and externally as well as on executive communications. Substantial communications experience with business partnering activities across stakeholders and active involvement in storytelling .
- Communications skills: Exceptional business partnering, writing and verbal communication skills; deep understanding of engagement tools; is able to work under ambiguity and can take complex information and distil it into concrete, clear and simple messages for various audiences.
- Functional skills: Knowledge of comms & engagement trends. Affinity with technology and the ability to translate complex topics to laypersons language. Excellent analytical capabilities. Knowledge of the media landscape and experience working and pitching press.
- Business Acumen: Strong business savviness with ability to dive deep; ideal candidate will have knowledge in, or be interested in learning about, the function of Procurement & Supply Chain.
- Languages: Fluency in English, Dutch a Plus

- Shape: Passionate communicator and creative thinker with deep understanding of the communication required to activate employees across markets and support; create relevant and compelling content for internal and external global audiences.
- Connect: Manage relationships with stakeholders on strategic and tactical level. Desire to work cross-functionally and become embedded in the line of business supported (HGP & GSC)) as well as home function (CA). Communicate through understanding. Strong social skills and the ability to influence are essential.
- Self-starter who takes individual accountability for delivery of results, at the same time a team player who keeps an holistic view what is best for the wider team
- Ability to keep it simple, organized and move with speed and agility.
