What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enter Bills of Lading (BOL) information into AS400 for various customers accurately and efficiently
- Identify and rectify errors on BOLs before data entry
- Maintain high production levels while ensuring accuracy in data entry
- Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers
- Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience, preferably in the trucking industry
- Proficient in using AS400 with accurate typing skills of 50 words per minute with no errors
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of shipping and transportation documents

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
