      Position Summary

      The Integrated Donor Marketing Coordinator will assist with various marketing projects and complete crucial work across four key areas: internal project coordination, sales enablement for mobile recruitment, promotional marketing support, and administrative support to the Sr. Manager Integrated Donor Marketing. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support a diverse range of marketing activities while working closely with various teams to ensure smooth project execution. The Integrated Donor Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting internal teams, donor recruitment efforts, and promotional initiatives, all while contributing to the success of the marketing department.

      Responsibilities

      Sales Enablement for Donor Recruitment

      • o Oversee the creation and distribution of sales enablement materials for the Donor Recruitment team, including flyers, promotional content, and special program updates.
      • o Collaborate with MISO and CRM teams to identify and interpret key metrics and performance indicators within mobile programming.
      • o Facilitate payout of various scholarship and “give to give” programs in partnership with internal stakeholders
      • o Support the tracking and reporting of special programs, ensuring accurate and timely updates are provided to relevant stakeholders.
      • Internal Project Support from Hub Marketing to Spoke
      • o Serve as facilitator in Basecamp (current project management software) for spoke-led promotions – ensuring smooth communication and project flow between the central (hub) marketing team and local (spoke) teams.
      • o Support donor marketing tasks in larger marketing campaigns across promotional marketing, mobile programs and strategy, and local activations
      • o Collaborate cross-functionally to aid in project closure - includes tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

      Promotional Marketing Support (20%)

      • o Develop purchase orders (POs) and manage invoices related to promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
      • o Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of promotional initiatives, staying within budget and meeting deadlines.

      Administrative Support for Sr. Manager Integrated Donor Marketing (15%)

      • o Provide general administrative support to the Sr. Manager Integrated Donor Marketing, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
      • o Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action items to ensure follow-up and completion. o Assist with document preparation, compiling reports, and managing special projects as needed.
      • Perform additional tasks as required, ensuring compliance with company policies and contributing to team success.
      • Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification
      • Understands and performs in accordance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements
      • Complies with all standard operating policies and procedures

      Qualifications

      Education

      • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Public Health Administration, or a related field required

      Experience

      • 1-3 years in marketing, communications, or a related field required
      • 4-6 years in a combination of marketing, project management, office coordination, and communications preferred
      • Experience working in nonprofit, healthcare, or mission-driven organizations preferred

      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

      • Working knowledge of current marketing communications tools and technologies required
      • Demonstrated ability to work across teams desired
      • Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines required
      • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate project status, deliverables, and results required
      • Organized and detail oriented preferred
      • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal preferred
      • Critical thinking and proactive problem solving required
