      Job Summary

      THE TEAM

      Ticketmaster, part of Live Nation Entertainment is the largest live entertainment company in the world, consisting of five businesses: concert promotion and venue operations, sponsorship, ticketing solutions, ecommerce, and artist management. The Ticketmaster Marketing team drives fan -centric initiatives via Content, Product Marketing, Partnerships, CRM, and Performance Marketing channels, creating campaigns to retain existing fans, acquire new fans and ultimately drive sales.

      THE JOB

      Ticketmaster is looking for a strategic, results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our North America Marketing team. The Marketing Manager will be required to travel to the New York office, as needed. In this role, y ou’ll support the development of integrated marketing campaigns across our key lines of business ( Sports, Music , Theatre ) . You will leverage your marketing experience to help design full-funnel marketing campaigns to generate growth across key categories and support with fan journey optimizations. You will play a key role in shaping the brand narrative for Ticketmaster in the US and ensure impactful fan -facing communication with consistent tone of voice for the brand .

      As a marketing manager, you’ll have the opportunity to build marketing strategies and campaigns based on category insights, channel performance and analytics. You will be working with our media strategy & planning team along with category management on defining projects with specific KPIs to deliver against business priorities.

      WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

      • Develop strategic and integrated category marketing plans using owned, paid, and earned media channels that drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition.

      • Be highly focused on campaign planning and organization (including tools , documents , developing processes ), building measurement plans and reporting

      • Support the development of strategic and integrated category marketing plans using owned, paid and earned media channels that drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition .

      • Leverage performance insights to inform strategies for future campaigns

      • Collaborate with partners to distill and develop research and insights work to inform marketing strategy and communication

      • Work cross-functionally to help connect the dots across Category Management, Media Planning, Partnership Marketing and Creative teams and others

      • Leverage performance insights to inform strategies for future campaigns

      • C ollaboration with in-house Media Strategy & Planning on channel strategy and asset optimization

      • Support go-to-market strategy planning for Product Marketing launches

      • Develop supporting resources for key categories including NFL, NBA, NHL , Arts & Theatre

      • Work with external agencies to develop creative concepts including manage ment of budget to ensure effective roll out of campaigns

      WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

      • 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing and / or brand marketing

      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field

      • Comfort with analy z ing large data sets, interpreting primary and secondary consumer research; and sales & performance data

      • Strong technical skills and competence in Google Drive, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint , with the ability to build new tools for managing work effectively

      • Understanding and experience with creation of integrated campaigns across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid and earned media (secondarily, offline channels such as traditional TV, Radio, OOH)

      • Knowledge of and passion for sports, music and/or popular culture, marketing trends, tech and digital/social media

      • The ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels
