      YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G’S SUCCESS :

      As a Integrated Media Strategist you will:

      • Lead the creation of a strong and consistent media strategy across all media touchpoints (TV, Digital, etc) for the brands, delivering on business objectives within allocated budget, considering market trends and consumers insights.

      • Coordinate P&G/agency media teams to ensure perfect implementation of media strategies across touchpoints.

      • Adapt media strategies according to business needs and budget variations.

      • Support innovation to remain ahead of competition: Connect externally to stay connected with media industry & consumers trends, Work hand-in-hand with P&G digital consultants to ensure digital excellence. Test new ways of building plans to make it more effective

      • Work together with multiple functions (brands, trial, data, consumer market knowledge, market technologist, etc) & partners to deliver a consumer-centric data strategy.

      • Lead Activations. Activate media plans in line with planned reach. Champion and drive relevant Insights and Ideas to win the heart of our Consumers & Customers

      • Monitor media strategy performance on-going and adjust media strategies as needed.

      • Lead market competitive analysis, to understand competitors strategies and adjustment of media strategies as needed.

      Job Qualifications

      • Min. 5 years of experience

      • Proven experience on strategic media planning in a Media Agency. Experience with Consumer-Packaged Goods’ companies is highly appreciated.

      • Courageous Leader with media experience and willingness to continuously learn. We are seeking a business-minded doer with knowledge of the media marketing landscape who puts the consumer experience at the heart of activities and decisions.

      • Innovative and entrepreneurial focus. You will need to be focused and decisive with the ability to take risks where needed. With an ability to naturally make creative connections, experimenting continuously and push boundaries.

      • Excellent interpersonal & collaboration skills. You will be trusted to navigate a Matrix organization, influence people and build strong relationships internally/externally to drive action.

      • Knowledge of Spain media landscape, TV, CTV, Print, OOH and digital including programmatic marketing, and activation of awareness and performance campaigns.

      • Knowledge of systems and tools: Infoadex, GFK, Instar Analytics, EGM, AIMC, planning tools such as Comscore & Tom Micro, experience in media planning management platforms such as MediaTools, Lumina or Mercury.

      • Strong Analytical Capabilities.

      • Fluent in English.
