- 1+ year of experience (or comparable experience) working with integrated media project teams at an advertising agency, or at an in-house production agency
- Experience managing and executing projects with time, quality, and multidisciplinary requirements
- Basic understanding of IA/UI standards and trends across all devices
- Basic understanding of integrated media platforms
- Basic knowledge of print terminologies and process from pre-production to printing and delivery.
- Working knowledge of production and project management tools including or similar to Google Drive, Basecamp, MS Project/Omniplan,
- Strong knowledge of commonly used project concepts, practices, and procedures within the media and advertising industry
- Strong internal communication skills; written and spoken
- Able to be accountable for projects and work with a team
- Able to route documents and creative work for approvals
- Strong organization skills to help manage budgets and timelines
- Proactive and able to jump in where help is needed

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a hands-on Integrated Production Coordinator to support the integrated production department across all media: print production, art production, digital and social, technology and digital design. This role will support department operations and be partnered with lead producers to assist them with client projects. The coordinator will be responsible for assisting producers from the Integrated Production team at all points in the production process inception to delivery and will be measured based upon their ability to complete all production and administrative tasks outlined by the leading producer.
This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge advertising in a very exciting, creative environment. The ideal coordinator should have some familiarity with integrated and digital media platforms, production process, and the strategic and creative aspects of an advertising agency.
This role ultimately reports to the Managing Director, Technology and Integrated production.

The base salary range is $55k - $65k plus benefits.
