Key Responsibilities & Duties
This position provides planning/scheduling support on the F-35 Development Program Planning team. Responsibilities include the development and maintenance of schedules. Candidate will also integrate and assess schedule impacts of proposed work on both existing and future plans. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management System, performing schedule risk assessments as required, creating formal schedule CDRL reports as required, development of proposal schedules, and maturation of forward planning efforts. This candidate will perform complex analysis and develop recommended courses of action to be delivered to internal and external customers. This candidate will provide guidance and mentoring to junior Planners to align to Industry and Lockheed Martin standard scheduling practices. The ideal candidate will drive communication and integration across a variety of program functional organizations such as Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Contracts, Business Management, Program Finance, and Program Management. This position will utilize excellent communication and customer service skills to present program analysis and lead schedule development workshops.

*This position may require some travel onsite or to suppliers/customers typically less ~10% of the year depending on business need.*
Must be a US Citizen, this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
