This is an exciting opportunity for a Program Planning Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the Aeronautics 1LMX scheduling team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and accurately maintaining detailed Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) used to support multiple portfolios within the 1LMX program. This program uses a mix of agile and waterfall scheduling. Provide technical assistance in development, deployment, and implementation of processes, training, and tools in support of the Program Planning discipline and resolving schedule conflicts. This position will support activities as a liaison/interface between Internal/External Stakeholders and the Customer.
You will be responsible for baseline change management concepts and incorporating approved changes into detail level schedules. You will prepare status reports, metrics and make presentations as required such as Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS), schedule health metrics, roadmaps and more. You will use your Program Planning & Scheduling expertise to support a fast pace environment.
**Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.**
A level 5 employee typically has 10 - 18+ years of professional experience.

*This position is full time remote with occasional travel as required to support program needs.*

• Direct experience in any of the following: Deltek Open Plan
• Experience with Critical Path
• Experience with Baseline Management
