What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and track deliverables for ICAM projects to ensure timely completion
- Schedule and lead project meetings, publishing agendas and notes while following up on action items
- Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies using tools like JIRA or Microsoft Tools suite
- Assist in documenting IAM policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process flows
- Support audit and compliance requests related to identity governance and access controls
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2–4 years of experience in IT analyst roles, preferably in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or infrastructure environments
- Familiarity with IAM concepts such as least privilege and role-based access control (RBAC)
- Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Asana)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work comfortably with both technical and non-technical teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in working with audit and compliance processes related to identity governance
- Knowledge of security protocols and risk management in IT environments
