What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Onboard new customers and develop custom workflows tailored to their specific needs
- Train new clinicians and dental teams on utilizing the Dental Monitoring suite of solutions
- Nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure they maximize the benefits of the services offered
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for customers using the technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in customer onboarding and training
- Strong understanding of dental technology and solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare-related role
- Familiarity with software solutions in the dental industry
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Demonstrated ability to adapt training methods to diverse audiences
