  Responsibilities:

  • Support and enhance a homegrown ETL solution utilizing scripting (Python, Shell, etc.) and SQL technologies.

  • Design, develop, and implement custom ETL solutions leveraging AWS Glue or SSIS packages for data integration and transformation.

  • Provide production support for integrations, ensuring system reliability, performance, and timely issue resolution.

  • Develop and optimize stored procedures, functions, and queries to enhance database performance.

  • Create custom reports and dashboards using SQL and reporting tools to support business intelligence needs.

  • Perform database optimization tasks, including indexing, query tuning, and schema enhancements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flow and integration between systems.

  Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, ETL development, and database management (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).

  • Experience with AWS Glue, SSIS

  • Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash)

  • Hands-on experience with data transformation, cleansing, and integration.

  • Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques for databases and ETL pipelines.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and support production ETL processes.
