What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop and deploy initiatives enabling the annual joint-selling target across PSG/CRG
- Lead and manage internal workstreams aligned with global implementation of Integrated CRO + CDMO capabilities
- Drive clarity and alignment across the network to achieve plan objectives
- Lead organizational change and acquire project resources
- Monitor key metrics, monthly/quarterly reporting, and leads governance review forums

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business or technical field
- PMP certification
- Prosci certification
- Minimum of 4+ years in a highly regulated industry
- Minimum 6+ years in project management and 2+ years in a global, matrixed environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a highly regulated industry
- Strong executive presence and business acumen
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
