What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support client needs across the customer lifecycle using data to recommend integration methods throughout the curriculum
- Lead ongoing client assessments, building quality relationships to ensure value recognition of products
- Deliver expert nursing services including product alignment and best practice policies
- Oversee team members to ensure optimal service delivery to clients
- Utilize technology platforms to manage client success metrics and key performance indicators

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in nursing with a current registered nurse license in good standing
- 5+ years of industry experience within Nursing Academia and Client Success
- 2+ years of experience teaching in an academic nursing setting
- 2+ years’ experience in nursing education using ATI resources strongly preferred
- Proficiency in technology tools and platforms needed for Client Success Operations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) certification
- 2+ years’ expertise in the NCLEX test plan and nursing education industry
- Experience working in Academia including Curriculum Development and Nursing accreditation process
- Innovative thinker with creative problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings
