      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support client needs throughout the customer lifecycle by analyzing data to recommend effective integration methods for resources to improve outcomes
      - Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure recognition of product value and promote loyalty
      - Deliver expert nursing services by aligning ATI products with active learning strategies and best practice policies
      - Manage key performance indicators and metrics to ensure client success
      - Utilize client success technology platforms to enhance client management and engagement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in nursing with a valid registered nurse license in good standing; Doctorate degree preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of industry experience within Nursing Academia and Client Success
      - At least 2 years of teaching experience in an academic nursing setting
      - Strong familiarity with NCLEX test plans and nursing education
      - Proficiency with nursing curriculum development and accreditation processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) credential
      - 2+ years of experience using ATI resources in nursing education
      - Innovative problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
      - Excellent presentation skills and ability to engage diverse audiences
      - Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data for decision-making
