  Position Overview: u00A0
  The Integration Technician will be responsible for helping configure PC, Laptop and server units to the proper specification. u00A0

  What youu2019ll do as the Integration Technician: u00A0

  • Work directly with assigned integration technicians to provide feedback, education and growth u00A0
  • Ensure all integrations orders are completed in a timely fashion u00A0
  • Utilize production schedules and regular communication with Sales and Engineering staff u00A0
  • Communicate regularly with managers, sales and operations staff to maintain an accurate understanding of upcoming projects u00A0
  • Maintain current industry certifications of technical staff and build additional certifications as required by Zones and customers u00A0
  • Regularly review lab equipment and arrange for replacements, upgrades or changes as needed u00A0
  • Ensure that 100% of issues are resolved in a timely fashion and results u00A0
  • Maintain daily run rate of configuration projectsu00A0 u00A0
  What you will bring to the team: u00A0
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent u00A0
  • Must have demonstrated knowledge of PC operating systems, software, hardware and peripherals u00A0
  • Solid understanding of all major Windows Operating Systems u00A0
  • CompTIA A+ Certification, CompTIA Server+ or equivalent desirable u00A0
  • Proficient in productivity applications like MS Office u00A0
  • Working knowledge of WAN/LAN, network protocols (TCP/IP), and remote access u00A0
  • Competent analytical and problem solving skills u00A0
  • High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail u00A0
  • Ability to accurately prioritize technical tasks based on customer requirements u00A0
  • Ability to work under strict time constraints u00A0
  • Experience with customer interaction and customer service u00A0
  Qualified candidates can expect an hourly wage of $18.50. u00A0
