Develops the sequence for integration-related tasks in collaboration with the Product Owner (PO) and aligns these tasks with the Lab backlog.
Catalogues and handles dependencies between the Lab and other teams to ensure detailed execution.
Collaborates with external collaborators to ensure alignment, enabling the Lab to deliver efficiently and achieve bold goals.
Identifies obstacles to delivery and addresses them when feasible, advancing them to product owners or Lab leadership as vital.
Serves as a bridge between the supplier (3rd Party) and crucial customers within the business, ensuring detailed coordination.
Manages complex and high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties (internal/external) to ensure safe and successful delivery.
Owns the integration process and implementation events for shared infrastructure, like Upgrading the Mainframe, coordinating parties to ensure successful change.
Provides expertise (not content) for governance activities owned by the Product Owner, such as PRIA, for changes across multiple labs.
Coordinates across multiple teams to develop medium-term and/or long-term work schedules that help the organisation achieve its priorities and fulfil its business plans.
Examines regular incidents using existing regulatory and compliance processes. Solves immediate compliance issues and advises senior colleagues on complex problems.
Responds to individual and team objectives and invests in improving personal performance by growing own skills and capabilities, mentoring others when required.

About this opportunity
Consumer Lending are investing in building a best in class data team. This role will be critical to support the expansion of data products and capabilities cross the Consumer Lending platforms and business teams. This role will lead the efforts to understand the customer needs and strategies that arise from platforms such as Homes and Cards.
As an Integrator you'll play a pivotal role in managing dependencies between our Lab and collaborators. You'll work with other labs, platforms, Group Executive Functions, and third parties to ensure that complex and high-risk implementations are coordinated flawlessly. This is a remarkable chance to influence both business and technological changes at the Lab or Platform level.
