      Job Title: Hospital Kitchen Technician


      Job Description

      We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our hospital kitchen team. This role involves working in a high-volume environment, serving over 700 guests daily. The ideal candidate will be accustomed to working independently in a fast-paced setting.

      Responsibilities

      • Operate and manage the tray line efficiently.
      • Prepare and serve meals in accordance with dietary requirements and regulations.
      • Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained.
      • Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and hospital personnel as necessary.
      • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
      • Provide excellent customer service to hospital guests.

      Essential Skills

      • Experience working in a restaurant environment for at least 2 years.
      • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
      • Ability to communicate effectively in English.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Experience in a high-volume service environment is advantageous.

      Job Type & Location

      This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
