- Enjoys interacting with clients by phone
- Has excellent client service skills
- The ability to problem-solve
- Proven ability to work well under pressure, meet agreed deadlines while making sound decisions
- Proven ability to adapt and accept change in addition to working well within a team environment
- Comfortable navigating technology such as different applications on a PC
- Previous product and processing experience is desirable but not essential
- Supportive team environment
- Regular coaching and development
- Salary range $58 707 to $70 864. Applications along this scale will be dependent on relevant skills and experience to this position

The Integrity Intervention Centre is a business unit that sits under the Integrity and Debt group of the Ministry of Social Development.
Integrity and Debt’s vision is to make a critical difference for New Zealanders by working with clients early to do the right thing and help them minimise or potentially avoid a debt.
The Integrity Intervention Centre contributes to this vision by data matching with other Government Agencies to check the information we have is current/correct. We talk to clients to discuss their situation to ensure that they are receiving their full and correct entitlement.
We are currently recruiting for permanent Integrity Intervention Officer roles in Lower Hutt, Wellington.
