      Beskrivelse

      Danfoss Intellectual Property Rights Department (IPR) søger en Intellectual Property (IP) Consultant til vores team i Nordborg. I IPR bliver du en del af Brand Protection-teamet, hvor vi arbejder i frontlinjen med at varetage og beskytte Danfoss’ varemærker, designs og domæner.


      Du kommer til at arbejde tæt sammen med et team, der i øjeblikket består af 4 medlemmer – 2 brand protection konsulenter i Nordborg og 2 anti-counterfeit konsulenter placeret i vores afdelinger i Hamburg og Beijing.

      Ansvar & Opgaver

      Dine primære ansvarsområder vil være at varetage Danfoss’ varemærke-, design- og domæneportefølje i samspil med vore internationale IP-agenter samt yde juridisk og strategisk rådgivning internt i Danfoss i relation til IP.


      Dine arbejdsopgaver vil blandt andet omfatte...

      • Håndtering og vedligehold af vores varemærke-, design- og domæneportefølje,

      • Udførelse af Freedom to Operate (FtO) varemærkesøgninger, rapportering og rådgivning til forretningen,

      • Indlevering af varemærke- og designansøgninger,

      • Håndtering af officielle skrivelser, indsigelser, onlinekrænkelser og håndhævelse af IP-rettigheder, og

      • Yde strategisk rådgivning, udarbejde politikker og deltagelse i IP relaterede projekter.

      Baggrund & Erfaring

      • Tidligere erhvervserfaring med varemærker, designs og/eller domæner er ikke en forudsætning, da du vil modtage den fornødne oplæring.
      • Vi forventer dog, at du har en kandidatgrad i jura, såsom cand.merc.jur eller cand.jur. samt en stærk interesse for IP.
      • Da du kommer til at arbejde i et international miljø, er stærke engelskkundskaber i skrift og tale en forudsætning.
      • Som person skal du være detaljeorienteret, analytisk, struktureret, nysgerrig, proaktiv, grundig og selvstændig.
