      Responsibilities

      Peraton is seeking an Intelligence Analyst Advisor for the Department of Defense (DoD) DMDC Enterprise Law Enforcement Support Services (ELEs2) program.

      This individual conducts complex data queries, reviewing and analyzing identity-related records across multiple classified and unclassified systems, and collaborating with DMDC application teams to resolve sensitive investigative requests. Generates timely, well-documented, and accurate responses to high-priority inquiries from defense and federal investigative agencies. Responsibilities also extend to supporting classified programs, necessitating access to highly secure environments, and maintaining situational awareness of critical IT and data governance matters across secure systems.

      What you'll do:

      • Providing analytical support for identity management and credentialing data in response to federal and DoD law enforcement and intelligence community requests.
      • Interpreting mainframe and database queries to support investigative case resolution by integrating biometric and identity data with investigative tools
      • Documenting all intelligence and law enforcement data requests thoroughly and consistently.
      • Categorizing requests based on data-driven classifications to aid analysis and reporting.
      • Providing weekly status updates on open requests to government stakeholders.
      • Submitting monthly metrics and Senior Management Review (SMR) reports detailing volume, type, and duration of requests processed, including handling of classified or emergency inquiries.
      • Coordinating, documenting, and updating functional requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external law enforcement/intelligence users.
      • Participating in project reviews and maintain accountability for schedule baselines and resource impacts due to evolving requirements.
      • Maintaining access to highly secure environments as needed to support sensitive or classified operations.
      • Correlate biometric results with biographic and investigative data
      • Conduct social media and open-source intelligence (OSINT) investigations
      • Use formal case management systems (IMESA or others)
      • Build and maintain investigative case files
      • Support complex investigations tied to DoD/LE requirements
      • Support knowledge transfer and system audits

      Qualifications

      Basic Qualifications:

      • Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD
      • Must be a U.S Citizen
      • Active Secret clearance
      • IAT III Certification ( must have one of the following CISSP, CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP
      • Miniumum 3 years supporting law enforcement or intelligence analysis
      • Experience with OSINT tools, LEA platforms
      • Proficiency with DoD personnel data tools
      • Ability to work onsite in Seaside, CA

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Abilty to obtain a Top Secret clearance

      Target Salary Range

      $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
