  Intelligent Automation Intern, Poznan

  In Intelligent Automation Team we have a VISION of realizing the full potential of Carlsberg’s workforce with intelligent automation, enabling efficiency, innovation, and growth.

  Our MISSION is to enable the company to be a more efficient organization by automating tasks & processes. Our highly motivated team working with an agile approach delivering new technology to our colleagues so that they can focus on innovative and value adding tasks.

  Our team consist of 15 members with many different backgrounds and skills. Team is made up from Business Analysts, Developers and Technical Leads. We are working on multiple projects with global reach and latest technology including AI.

  What you'll be doing

  • Supporting Intelligent Automation team members, Business Analysts and Developers with creation of content promoting Intelligent Automation Team capabilities and successes
  • Supporting and sometimes leading our agile daily ceremonies
  • Being a part of delivering modern solutions to our business
  • Helping Business analyst with gathering and clarifying requirements from the business
  • Supporting our developers with testing of our solutions

  We are looking for colleagues who:

  • Are interested in the newest technology such as Power platform, RPA, and Generative AI
  • Are problem solvers and fast learners
  • Enjoy international environment
  • Are team players where you bring your personality but respect others. Team spirit is the most important aspect of our team.
  • Are open-minded, enthusiastic, and responsible
  • Have a proficiency in MS Office
  • Speak English communicatively
  • Have a teamwork approach
  • Are available for at least 20 hrs per week
