What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the execution of HL7 Interface development, data conversion, and system component building during clinical systems implementation
- Interact independently with clients to guide decision-making and resolve complex issues
- Develop interface specifications and data flow diagrams
- Act as a point of escalation for multi-system issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Organize and delegate tasks among team members to ensure project success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in Information Technology/Computer Science or clinical healthcare discipline
- Five years of prior interface development experience, preferably with an interface engine
- Experience leading or managing a team of analysts and/or developers
- Knowledge of Epic Bridges and the Cloverleaf interface engine
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working on medium to large-sized systems projects in a technology-driven environment
- Proven ability to work independently with accountability for tasks and processes
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills in developing solutions to identified issues
- Certifications in Epic Bridges and/or Cloverleaf interface engine
