Job Description
- Req#: 220335
- Draft and review responses, pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
- Prepare witnesses for testimony and manage evidence in preparation for hearings or trials.
- Collaborate with clients to assess risks and develop proactive strategies for dispute resolution.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership and good standing in at least one jurisdiction.
- 8+ years of experience in labor and employment law litigation.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
