What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide internal privacy team and compliance support, managing privacy mailboxes to field consumer rights requests
- Assist in updating internal and client-facing privacy resources, documenting data flows and conducting privacy assessments
- Coordinate and support the completion of client addendums and vendor privacy requirements
- Document privacy incidents and support internal privacy training efforts by updating materials and scheduling sessions
- Cascade recent privacy developments to team members and escalate privacy-related issues as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry work experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in privacy operations or data privacy consulting
- Strong understanding of global privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in privacy management software and tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) or equivalent certification
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
