      Primary Responsibilities

      In the role of Interior Design Coordinator, we'll count on you to:

      • Assist Senior Interior Designers with evaluations, selections and applications for interior design concepts
      • Be a collaborative team member, working toward creative solutions
      • Ability to quickly study different design solutions
      • Require basic knowledge of programming and functional analysis as well as knowledge of space planning principles
      • Apply design principles in development and preparation of presentation drawings
      • Interpret plans and specifications, and knowledge of interior code requirements, construction administration procedures, and electrical/HVAC systems
      • Demonstrate experience in selecting interior details, materials, color selections, furniture and furnishings selections, lighting design, space planning, and detailing
      • Perform other duties as needed.

      Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, the Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp/ Rhino (or similar), Bluebeam and Microsoft Office is required. *LI-MJ1

      Required Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
      • Relevant internship experience

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience and/or interest in the areas of healthcare, educational, civic, science and research facilities
      • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
      • Excellent creative, organizational and problem-solving skills
      • Demonstrates strong graphic presentation skills
      • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture
      • LEED Green Associate
      • Preference given to local candidates

The expected compensation range for this position is $52,938 - $75,625 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
