Job Description

- Will report to a Senior Interior Designer
- Meet with clients and project team members to understand project needs
- Create 3D renderings and client presentations
- Provide a full range of interior design services, including planning, generating design concepts/renderings, preparing design presentations, completing construction documents and specifications
- Work with manufacturers and product vendors (lighting, art, furniture, etc.) on selections/new products
- Assist with sample ordering and putting furniture packages together
- Will be in charge of the materials library
- Bachelors in Interior Design, or equivalent is required
- 5 or more years of experience
- Must have healthcare project experience; senior living projects are transferrable
- Must have previous client facing experience
- Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, SketchUp and/or any additional 3D rendering software is required
- NCIDQ is a plus, but not required

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $85000.00
